The Antelope Valley Amateur Radio Club (AVARC) graciously thanks you for visiting our web page. The AVARC defines itself as an education and public service organization whose goal is to reflect the club's values and interests by providing interesting and useful information to our visitors concerning club activities, special events, and ham radio information in general.

In place of June's regular meeting time and location, AVARC will be holding its annual FIELD DAY
on SATURDAY, JUNE 24th, 2017
at SGT. STEVE OWEN MEMORIAL PARK (formerly Lancaster City Park)

We'll be setting up ham radio stations on Friday, June 23rd at noon; Field Day contests begin on Saturday, June 24th at 11:00am
and will run for a full 24 hours!
